Gorgeous TruckHers is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to creating accessible pathways into transportation and Logistics careers through mentorship, workforce readiness, CDL training, career exposure, and support. Our programs empower women, men, and youth to advance with confidence, purpose, and a clear sense of direction.
You donβt know what you donβt know. Many people are not lacking talent, discipline, or potential. They are lacking exposure, guidance, and access to real information. Gorgeous TruckHers exists to open those doors.

We believe transportation is bigger than the truck.
We believe exposure opens doors.
We believe soft skills are workforce skills.
We believe safety and professionalism must be taught, not assumed.
We believe representation matters.
We believe people need guidance, not just information.

Hi, Iβm Mia Robinson, originally from Kansas City, Missouri, and now proudly rooted in sunny Florida. I bring more than two decades of experience in the transportation industry, with a background as a CDL driver, Licensed CDL Instructor, State Examiner, DOT safety professional, and driver development coach.
Throughout my career, I've been committed to preparing drivers not just to pass a test, but to understand the responsibility, safety mindset, and confidence required to succeed in this industry long term.
In 2023, I founded Gorgeous TruckHers Inc., a nonprofit organization created to mentor, educate, and guide individuals pursuing transportation careers. I saw a real need for stronger support, clearer direction, and more accessible career pathways for people who may not see college as their only option but still want stability, opportunity, and growth.
Through Gorgeous TruckHers, we provide CDL readiness support, ELDT theory training, CDL prep, and transportation career guidance, along with Pathways in Motionβ’, our career education and workforce readiness initiative. From youth career exposure and safety education to adult career readiness and second-chance support, our goal is to give women, men, and youth the knowledge, confidence, and direction to move forward in transportation with purpose.
