The Founder of Gorgeous TruckHERs
Hi, I’m Mia Robinson, originally from Kansas City, Missouri and now proud to call sunny Florida home. With over 20 years in the transportation industry, I’ve worked as a Licensed CDL Instructor and State Examiner, helping drivers build safe, successful careers.
In 2023, I founded Gorgeous TruckHERS—a nonprofit created to uplift, mentor, and empower women entering the world of trucking. I saw a gap in career opportunities that don’t require a degree, and I wanted to show women that transportation offers not only financial freedom, but confidence, independence, and community.
At Gorgeous TruckHERS, we help women own their path—breaking barriers in a male-dominated field while embracing strength, beauty, and elegance along the way.

Our mission is to raise awareness about the wide range of career opportunities in transportation—regardless of background, education, or experience—and to provide guidance, mentorship, and resources that help women break barriers and thrive in this traditionally male-dominated field.
By creating pathways to success and advocating for equal access, we’re building a more inclusive, confident, and empowered generation of women in trucking.
