We create accessible pathways into transportation careers through mentorship, workforce readiness, CDL preparation, career exposure, and wraparound support—helping women, men, and youth move forward with confidence, purpose, and direction
What is Pathways in Motion?
Pathways in Motion™ connects individuals to transportation career opportunities through interactive engagements, mentorship, and practical preparation. Whether someone is exploring careers for the first time, preparing for training, or seeking a second chance at stability, our programs provide structure, support, and real direction.

Programs
Youth Transportation Career Pathway (Ages 13–17)
Career exploration, safety awareness, logistics learning, and Interactive exposure to transportation careers.
Includes: interactive activities, career mapping, safety learning, industry guest speakers, exposure events.
Gorgeous TruckHERs Girls Initiative
Mentorship, leadership, and confidence-building for girls exploring nontraditional careers and future opportunities in transportation.
Includes: leadership sessions, mentorship circles, career exposure, goal-setting.
Young Adult Career Readiness (Ages 18–25)
Workforce preparation and career readiness designed for young adults entering transportation career paths. Interview prep, job expectations, CDL readiness alignment (where applicable).
Second Chance Career Pathway (18+)
Supportive career preparation and guidance for adults rebuilding stability and pursuing sustainable career opportunities.
Includes: readiness support, mentorship, exposure opportunities, resource navigation, and referrals.
Share the Road: Driving Safely Around Large Vehicles (15+)
A safety education workshop that teaches drivers, students, and community members how to safely share the road with commercial trucks, buses, and other large vehicles. This program reduces risk, builds awareness, and helps individuals understand real‑world driving dynamics—while also introducing transportation career awareness.
